Our Transparent Process

We guarantee the completion of your home on time, per the original price quoted.

Your project will be set-up with a custom online Home Owner Page so you can watch your dream home come to life wherever you are from a phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

We will update your Home Owner Page weekly with photos, status, and any change orders you have requested. A calendar showing all tasks, due dates, and status provides you with a quick and easy overview of progress made.

If you are close by, we invite you to stop by the job site at any time, in addition to joining us on walk-throughs at key phases of the project. Don't worry if you're not around - we can put videos up on your home page and chat to you via Skype or Zoom.

01 Initial Consult

This initial free consultation, held at your home or our office in Hartland, will be used to explore your project and preferences, answer questions, and have a preliminary discussion about timing and budget.

02 Free Estimate

Based on our in-depth discussion during the free consultation, we will provide a free preliminary estimate and timeline, setting up a time to review it in person with you.

03 Quote

We will meet with your architect and review the completed plans before providing a guaranteed quote and final timeframe which we will review with you in person.

04 Lot Clearing

We now prepare the lot for your new home. Existing trees and shrubs that will be kept are marked, others removed, grading or leveling work is completed, and erosion control implemented.

05 Foundation

Whether you are looking for a full basement, a crawl-space, or slab on grade, our foundations are poured with only the highest quality of concrete work.

06 Framing

During this stage we will put the subfloor, trusses or rafters, studs, headers and support beams in place, as well as the support structures for ceiling treatments.

07 Mechanicals

Working with our trusted partners, the mechanical aspects of your home are prepared. Plumbing rough-in, HVAC duct work, and electrical wiring all happen during this stage.

08 Wall Finishes

Your new home is starting to really shape up now as we install wall insulation, hang and finish sheetrock, apply interior wall textures and/or paint, and finish the exterior of your home to spec.

09 Interior Finishes

During this stage we will install cabinets, doors, trim, crown molding, flooring, closets, and shelves. We will work closely with you to ensure closet rod height, shelf-sizing, and locations are exactly as you want them to be.

10 Fixtures

In this final stage of building your new home we will install all the fixtures including lighting, appliances, plumbing, bath hardware, mirrors and glass, and accessories.
